A Message from NAFA’s President and CEO Regarding the 2020 Annuity Leadership Forum, June 8-10, 2020

I wanted to reach out to members about the NAFA Board of Directors decision to cancel NAFA’s Leadership Forum that was scheduled to take place in Washington, DC beginning on June 8, 2020. The NAFA Board considered the current restrictions on gathering of more than ten people and the travel restrictions currently in place in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia, as well as the individual member companies’ operating and travel limitations for their employees. NAFA is currently reviewing options to deliver content and the possibility to interact with the House of Representatives and Senate offices virtually in the near future. We are also looking to add additional content to the NAFA Annuity Distribution Summit that will be held October 7-9, 2020 at the Hyatt Tamaya Resort in Albuquerque, NM. We will continue to update members as available. In the meantime, please stay safe and feel free to reach out to NAFA staff with any questions.
