
Integrating annuity distribution leadership through fellowship
As part of NAFA’s mission to protect the future of fixed annuities, we’re committed to ensuring our industry is poised to thrive in any environment, both now and in the years to come. To do so, we’ve established the Future Leaders Fellowship, which provides emerging leaders with an opportunity to learn, collaborate and elevate their leadership effectiveness through:
- Mentorship from senior leadership
- Master classes in leadership
- Peer roundtable discussions
- Personal development exercises
NAFA members selected to participate in the Fellowship commit to a one-year program, which includes two in-person, interactive and thought-provoking sessions. Attendance at these meetings enhances participants’ ability to identify specific leadership issues, address common challenges and more effectively implement best practices, ensuring we can maximize the value of the program’s impact on a diverse group of members.
Fellowship nominees must:
- Have a minimum of five years of industry experience
- Be identified as an emerging leader within their firm
- Receive a referral for participation by a tenured industry leader or former Fellowship graduate
Membership in the Fellowship is limited to facilitate maximum engagement among the cohort and create the best opportunity for each participating individual’s professional growth. We encourage you to nominate up-and-coming talent from your organization or a colleague with whom you work closely through an industry partnership to take advantage of this incredible membership benefit.
