Mentors
Mentors serve as trusted guides to help mentees grow professionally, gain confidence and expand their network.

Program Structure
Participants are expected to commit to a minimum of one hour per month for mentorship meetings, which can take place virtually or in person through coffee chats, phone calls or video meetings. The program encourages flexible, ongoing communication to support continuous growth and connection over the course of six months.
