Whether participants want to expand their network, gain insights or share their own experiences, the program provides a flexible, supportive environment for professional growth.

Mentors

Mentors serve as trusted guides to help mentees grow professionally, gain confidence and expand their network.

Program Structure

Participants are expected to commit to a minimum of one hour per month for mentorship meetings, which can take place virtually or in person through coffee chats, phone calls or video meetings. The program encourages flexible, ongoing communication to support continuous growth and connection over the course of six months.

Key Milestones

Kickoff

The program begins with mentor-mentee matching, an initial meeting and the collaborative setting of SMART goals to guide the mentorship journey.

Monthly meetings

Each month, mentors and mentees will connect for check-ins, goal tracking and informal conversations. Discussions will focus on career development topics such as networking, leadership, work-life balance and personal growth.

Progress check-in

At the program’s midpoint, participants will review progress toward goals and provide feedback to ensure continued success and alignment.

Final reflection

The program concludes with personal and professional growth reflections, sharing of key takeaways, and exploration of options to continue the mentorship relationship beyond the program.
