MILWAUKEE, WI – Oct. 9, 2013 – In a unanimous 3-0 decision, the Court of Appeal of the State of California has reversed Glenn Neasham’s 2011 felony theft conviction related to the 2008 sale of a fixed index annuity to then 83-year-old Fran Schuber, who was later diagnosed with dementia.
