This new publication entitled: Tips to Remember When Buying a Fixed Annuity was developed by NAFA’s Education Committee and approved by NAFA’s Board of Directors. It provides consumer-focused tips to educate and inform on these important topics: how fixed annuities work; how annuities differ; how fixed annuities are purchased; tips before you purchase; tips when you purchase; how to report a suspected scam; and online resources where consumers can find reliable information on fixed annuities.
